The connection between your browser and our servers is encrypted with industry-standard SSL technology, which scrambles ordering information so that only your browser and our servers can decipher it. To use this option you must have a browser that supports SSL, such as later versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Communicator.

If your browser does not support SSL, or if you are unable to establish a secure connection due to a company firewall, please e-mail us at contactus@grogoo.com to help you get your promo in our database.

Inappropriate Content

Grogoo prohibits the following:

- Hate speech or hate propaganda.

- Adult content.

- Member content linking to content that violates Grogoo's Terms and Conditions.

Fees, Taxes, and Payment

Services are provided on a pre-pay basis. The Customer will pay to Grogoo the Package Fees in accordance with the Grogoo fee schedule as posted on the Upload Ads page. All fees are fully earned when due and non-refundable when paid. Service Fees for renewal periods after the Initial Term shall be due immediately upon the first day of renewal period. However customers will not be charged unless they login and do a renewal of the subscription period. All payments shall be made in US Currency. If any credit card is declined for any reason, Grogoo will delete the Ad after two days. The Service Fees do not include any applicable sales, use, revenue, excise or other taxes imposed by any taxing authority with respect to the Services or any software provided hereunder. If applicable, all taxes will be paid by the Customer. Grogoo may, with 30 days notice to Customer, amend the Service Fee schedule.
